Collection: Shipping & Return Information

Shipping:

To help keep shipping costs low, all items are shipped using USPS. Typical delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on where you live. Items will be mailed out of Montana.

Mountain Ray Creations is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages while in USPS care.

Returns:

If there are any issues or concerns with the items received, please fill out the contact form, and include your email and order information. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.

Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the original order. 

Refunds:

Once I have received and inspected your returned item, I will issue a shop credit to the email on file. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email MountainRayCreations@gmail.com and I will get you taken care of ASAP.
